We would like to introduce our "Automatic Assembly and Inspection Equipment." Parts A and B are aligned by a supply unit and taken out in a specified posture, then transported to a jig for positioning and presence confirmation. After that, the parts are assembled using methods such as press-fitting, followed by height and dimension checks using a measurement unit and appearance inspection through image analysis.
