Originally, it was a consultation for automating visual inspections, but it has been consolidated into multiple processes. For the products on the pallets flowing from the conveyor: - Removal of caps attached to the products - Return of pallets - Transportation - Leak testing - Sorting of leak test results (OK/NG) - Handling - Visual inspection (top, bottom, and outer surfaces) (multiple area cameras + line cameras) - Sorting of visual inspection results (OK/NG) - Oil application - Packing into designated shipping pallets The above multiple processes have been automated. We have pursued high-speed inspection processes and stabilization of inspections (especially leak tests). Since the processes span multiple areas, we cannot list them all, but we completed the project through multiple meetings and confirmations.
